This wasn't just a simple tracking app; it was a full ecosystem involving an ASP.NET 6 API, a Blazor Web Portal, and a Flutter handheld app. I integrated native hardware communication protocols like Zebra DataWedge and ZSDK to ensure that operators could scan and print with zero latency.
