The QA Checklist Web and Mobile App is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline quality assurance processes for various industries. This platform offers a mobile application for field operatives and a web-based dashboard for management and analytics. The mobile app allows users to input checklist data on-site, ensuring real-time data collection and minimizing the risk of data loss or misreporting. The web application provides a powerful analytics interface, enabling supervisors and managers to review, analyze, and act upon the collected data.

As the lead developer manager, I was responsible for the development of a comprehensive quality assurance checklist solution, including both a web and mobile application. I was responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project, from initial concept and design to deployment and post-launch support.

I spearheaded the web application development using Blazor, creating a rich, interactive UI with C# and implementing key features such as a dashboard overview, advanced analytics, custom reports, and a user management system. Additionally, I played a significant role in the mobile application development using Flutter, focusing on critical components like checklist input forms, media attachment functionality, and push notifications capabilities.

I oversaw the deployment of both the web and mobile applications, successfully publishing the mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Post-launch, I set up monitoring tools for performance tracking and handled user feedback, ensuring ongoing improvements and updates. This project highlighted my ability to lead complex projects, utilize modern technologies, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user needs and market demands.
