TPM-Trak® is a comprehensive shop-floor productivity management framework for optimizing shop-floor resource utilization in real-time.
TPM-Trak Mobile app provides access to real-time KPIs that drive actionable intelligence.
I developed a mobile application designed to visualize live data from machines, featuring multiple screens and graphs to present real-time metrics and analytics. My goal was to provide users with a comprehensive view of machine data, making it easier for them to monitor and analyze various parameters.
The app consisted of multiple screens, each dedicated to different categories of data. I carefully designed and developed these screens to facilitate smooth navigation and a seamless user experience. Additionally, I undertook a complete redesign of an existing app, improving its visual appeal and usability. By applying modern UI/UX principles, I was able to significantly enhance user engagement and satisfaction. The redesign involved migrating all existing functionalities to a more efficient and intuitive layout.
After the redesign, I successfully deployed the app on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. I managed incremental updates, continuously rolling out new features, improvements, and bug fixes. These updates were often based on user feedback and data analysis, ensuring that the app evolved in line with user expectations and needs. I also made sure to adhere to the latest guidelines and requirements of the app stores, ensuring smooth approval processes.
One of the key features I integrated was push notifications. This functionality allowed me to keep users informed about critical updates, alerts, and significant data changes.
Throughout this process, I utilized a variety of technical skills and tools. I also managed backend integration, handling real-time data streams and ensuring efficient data retrieval. My design work involved using UI/UX tools and adhering to best practices to create visually appealing and functional interfaces.
